How Twilio & Fireside Finances Launched a Financial Wellness Initiative with their ERGs

Twilio engaged Fireside Finances to launch a financial wellness program through their Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Rob first designed and launched a company-wide survey to assess the needs of the employees and get a benchmark. He then met with each ERG leadership and created custom content, tailored to that group’s needs. (I.e. the Parents @ Twilio requested information about saving for their kids college, FSA details, and UGMA/UTMA accounts.) The results were very strong and the ERG’s invited Rob back for follow-on sessions.
